Gratitude as a tool for Wellbeing


The practice of gratitude can do wonders in our lives. I think that sometimes we can get so stuck in every facet of our lives, worrying, controlling, and blaming. But if we can learn how to be grateful, and to keep practicing gratitude, certain aspects of our lives can appear to be different.
